These stunning studs are totally unique! They’re highly textured while still very dainty.
The crystals are mounted onto surgical steel posts and then suspended in a conductive solution for a period of close to 24 hours while copper is slowly deposited using electricity.
By then end of the electroforming process, the moonstone crystals have been encased in an organic setting that looks like it has been 'grown' around the stones. The settings are made from 100% recycled copper, and then plated in 14K gold.
These moonstone crystals have some blue flash in them, but from other angles are a clearer crackled stone.
Earring backs are also surgical steel.
